Agile Framework: A Hybrid Approach

In Agile we have an opportunity to combine several frame works to work together. Scrum and XP bring the best engineering practices together under one roof to deliver high-quality software at a regular cadence. Another good pair is Kanban + Scrum = Scrumban. This hybrid approach is ideal for organizations that are doing several value streams at a time, such as product development and operations support. One thing to remember that one combination is not a prescription that will work in all organizations, and the hybrid must be fined tuned for different situations.
